Details

By purchasing tickets you declare that each ticket holder is compliant with the Association's COVID Vaccination Policy - ie 'fully vaccinated (double vaccination plus boosters if eligible) or in possession of a valid medical exemption'.

Vice-Regal Reception. Government House Canberra has applied a strict limit on attendance for this event.Sadly, that limit has already been reached and members can no longer register for it on Sticky Tickets. You can, however, register for the Waitlist, and should tickets become available through cancellations we will fill orders from the Waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis. The Conference Planning Committee will give consideration, after the Conference finances are finalised, to applying a rebate to the Conference Registration Fee for those who choose to apply for the Waitlist but are unsuccessful in gaining a ticket.

To register on the waitlist, select Vice-Regal Reception - MEMBER (or GUEST), from the choice above, see the waitlist box, tick and complete details for yourself and your guest if appropriate, then tick 'Join Waitlist'.

To register for the Conference and the activities (other than the Vice-Regal Reception), select CONFERENCE REGISTRATION - MEMBER (or GUEST) from the choice above, select purchase 1 ticket and the range of activities will open up allowing you to choose which you or your Guest, wish to attend.

Registration involves paying the Conference Registration Fee for each member and guest then ordering a 'sub-ticket' for each event as required. WHEN ORDERING YOUR TICKETS, PLEASE BE ALERT TO THE TRANSITION FROM MEMBER'S DETAILS TO GUEST'S DETAILS IN THE SUB-TICKET PROCESS.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ENTER THE FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME AT THE FIRST SUB-TICKET. THEN YOU CAN USE THE COPY BUTTON.

Please note: Conference Dinner price includes pre-dinner drinks and meal - drinks during dinner are at own expense. Farewell Luncheon price includes meal and tour of the National Museum - drinks during lunch are at own expense.

Members & Guests should present their tickets at the Registration Desk to confirm their attendance and obtain a name badge which will authorise their entry to the activity.

ACT Branch will provide bus transport for off-site activities, departing from and arriving at Hotel Realm. Bus transport is mandatory for the Vice-Regal Reception for all delegates for security reasons, but optional for the Conference Dinner and the Commemorative Service/Farewell Lunch. Please indicate your preferences where appropriate.

Refund Policy

Refunds up to 7 days before the event, but will forfeit booking fees. Sticky Tickets 'Secure My Refund' provides certainty but may be expensive and ACT Branch recommends careful consideration of whether it is good value for money in your circumstances.
