🔹 Ticket includes - sticker, stubby holder, ear-tag, drink tickets, condom, dinner and breakfast and of course entertainment!!

HERE IS SOME INFORMATION FOR ALL THOSE QUESTIONS!

FRIDAY NIGHT

🔹FREE bare foots bowls at the Bowling Club from 6pm onwards! HAPPY HOUR from 6pm - 8pm. LIVE MUSIC from 7:30pm. There is a Chinese Restaurant to purchase meals located at the Club.

🔹CAMPING AVAILABLE AT THE REC GROUNDS (footy oval) showers available here.

🔹PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR TOWN!! They let us return this year so please keep in mind noise travels! There will be police patrolling!! Don’t ruin a good weekend with a fine!

🔹Gates OPEN at 11am!! And we are so very excited to open them!!!

🔹Please remember not to bring any glass! Your cars will be searched on arrival and they will be removed BUT! We will have plastic bottles for you to pour them into if you just happen to forget that there is to be NO GLASS. *gold coin donation for plastic bottles.

🔹 Anything you bring with you, must leave with you! $50 deposit will need to be provided if you bring lounges etc. The deposit will be given back to you when you leave with your lounge. 

🔹Please remember NO CIRLCEWORK! We are located on the showgrounds!! And we wanna have future balls here so we have to be respectful!

🔹STRICTLY NO ANIMALS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PREMISES UNLESS MEDICALLY NEEDED. You will need to inform the committee prior to your arrival with supporting documentation as to why the animal is needed.

🔹3pm - 5pm is the allocated time for 'key banging/revvin' of vehicles where you can be as loud as you want! Because what’s a BnS without a little noise! Please use this time to your advantage! We would hate for your evening to be ruined because you got a little too carried away outside of this time. There will be police and security patrolling the grounds all throughout the day/night.

🔹TOTAL FIRE BAN!!!

🔹There will be a water truck throughout the day to fill your pools up! $5

🔹There will be a food provided throughout the day *gold coin donation.

🔹There will be day time entertainment provided by The Rock Charity Ball  committee! Make sure you head to the Day stage located at the entrance of the ball area next to the slip and slide! Plenty of fun and games to be had!

🔹BLACK TIE DRESS CODE! NO DENIM! NO COSTUMES! NO CROSSDRESSING! You will be refused entry if you aren’t wearing the right attire. Please wear covered in shoes! (We don't want you to get sore toes from all the boot stompin')

🔹No FOOD DYE! You will be searched entering the ball grounds and there will be a bin for food dye donations to our local preschool!

🔹Ball gates open at 7pm!! Beverages include RUM, UDL (there will be sugar free UDLS for those who need it), JACK, CC, CIDER, NORTHERN, SOFT DRINK and WATER!

🔹Roast beef gravy sandwiches for dinner! Bacon and egg sandwiches for breakfast!

🔹There will be a breatho provided Sunday morning! *gold coin donation
