Creative Colour & Calm April 2026

Creative Colour & Calm is a 2-hour creative wellbeing class designed to help you step out of the busy pace of everyday life and into a calm, creative space.

This is not about learning techniques or producing a finished artwork. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, soften, and reconnect — using colour and gentle art-making as a way to feel grounded and steady for the week ahead.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to slow down. 

What is Creative Colour & Calm?

Creative Colour & Calm is a loosely guided, creative experience where colour, simple materials, and quiet focus are used to support calm and presence.
Each session is carefully held by Lee in a warm, welcoming environment where there is no pressure, no judgement, and no expectation of outcomes.
You’ll be guided into a relaxed creative flow using intuitive prompts and soothing colour palettes — allowing your nervous system to settle and your mind to rest

This class is for you if:

• You feel busy, overwhelmed, or mentally cluttered
• You’re craving quiet time just for yourself
• You enjoy creativity but don’t want pressure or rules
• You want to build calm into your weekly routine
• You’re curious about using colour as a way to unwind

No art skills required. Beginners are warmly welcome.

Lee Cummins is a Melbourne-based artist and experienced art educator who believes deeply in the power of creativity to support wellbeing.
Through her classes Lee creates spaces that are warm, inclusive, and encouraging — where creativity is about connection rather than perfection.
Her teaching style is calm, supportive, and process-led, making her classes accessible to all levels.
