I am the leading food and wellness coach in Tasmania, offering fortnightly cookery sessions, one on one consultations and menu planning to support you.

We offer interesting and unusual topics that you can only get with A Method of Cookery and focus on simple, healthy and sustainable food choices to improve you and your family’s life. We give you the skills, knowledge and confidence for optimum wellbeing.

The classes are small and affordable, you’ll learn practical skills to use at home which creates confidence in preparing healthy meals and you’ll see emotional, physical & mental improvements from a cleaner menu.
