ARTillery challenges local and up-and-coming visual artists, musicians, actors, dancers and spoken works artists to communicate human rights messages through their different art forms. The art works then become event like music gigs, theatre productions and art exhibitions, where young people are invited to experience human rights in a completely new way. ARTillery Youth Arts Festival will run from December 1 st to 10 th .
