Destination Management Plan Visioning Workshop - Longreach

Outback Queensland Tourism Association is developing our new Destination Management Plan 2025 - 2030, and we’re inviting tourism businesses, local businesses and community members to help shape it.

This isn’t just another plan. It’s a roadmap for real impact. Together, we’ll co-design a vision for sustainable growth that strengthens business resilience, attracts more visitors, and enhances the liveability of our communities.

We welcome your involvement and insights. This is your chance to share ideas, identify opportunities, and help guide the future direction of tourism across the Outback. 

Your input will help align Outback Queensland with the Destination 2045 Plan and ensure we’re ready to capture opportunities leading into and beyond the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
