Event Details

Come along to Youth Mental Health First Aid training where you’ll learn:

The difference between normal adolescent development and a developing mental health problem
How to have open conversations with young people
Signs and symptoms of possible mental health problems
Where to seek further help.

This Blended Youth Mental Health First Aid course will combine some online learning and face to face learning.

The face to face training will be held over two sessions from 5pm to 9pm on Monday 7 and 14 September 2026.

Participants will also need to complete approx. 5 hours of self-paced online learning.

Details of accessing the online component of the course will be emailed to participants after booking.

Participants will receive take-home resources and dinner will be provided.

Course dates/times:

5pm to 9pm | Monday 7 and 14 September 2026 (must attend both sessions)

Deadline for bookings is 24 August 2025.
