This is a FREE workshop proudly supported by the Foundation for Rural Regional Renewal (FRRR).  An authentic hands-on and interactive workshop on the art of salami and sausage making.  Learn traditional methods, techniques using age-old recipes.

* Learn to select and cut your meats

* Measure, trim and mix the correct ratios

* Prepare and season your ingredients

* Fill and tie using traditional skins for our authentic salami experience.

This workshop includes an authentic Italian lunch with antipasto platters and wine so is restricted to 18 years and over.  Numbers are strictly limited.
