In the current climate, SME's need to look at how they can attract and retain staff, have the flexibility to move staff around their business to deal with major issues and look forward in growing their business.

Succession planning is integral to the sustainability of any Business. Succession planning improves organisation morale and reduces the adverse effects of change management and downsizing. Most importantly, it creates a diverse talent pool within the business.

This workshop guides you through the process for setting up a succession planning program; application tools and activities to implement succession management; and, finally, benchmarking and evaluation procedures for your plan.

A good succession plan will build your organisational capability to deal with business change and adversity, help staff retention and build talent.

This workshop is delivered by Keith Whelan - "The Grants Guy" who has worked with businesses not only in the grant space but has developed programs to support business growth. This is one of these programs.

This workshop is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and New South Wales Government under their Disaster Recovery funding arrangements.
