Whip Making workshop with Master Whip Maker Chris Barr

Chris Barr is a world renowned Multi award winning master craftsman, in the fine art of Whip making and Rawhide braiding. Winning the Australian Whip making title 8 times, 3 time Dame Mary Durack Outback Craft Award recipient and Best of show for a Rawhide Hackamore at the Trappings of Texas USA.

Students will learn how to make: 

* Red hide stockwhip 

* 4 plait round 

* 8 plait round 

* Turks head knots 

* Attaching a fall & cracker

This is a full day workshop. 

Morning tea, Lunch and nibblies plus coffee/tea/hot chocolate included in cost of workshop 

Closed in shoes must be worn at all times in the workshop.
