Please enter the BCEC building from the Main Entrance on the corner of Merivale and Glenelg Street. The conference is being held in rooms P9 to P11 on the Plaza level. The Plaza level can be accessed by either going up the elevators or in the lifts in the main foyer.

The annual Direct Support Workers Conference brings passionate direct support workers from both the disability and mental health sectors with industry leaders together under one roof. Over two big days, you will take part in keynote sessions, workshops and discussions that centre on empowering tomorrow's direct support workers and their clients.

Refunds up to 7 days before the event, Except for an event cancellation due to the risk of Coronavirus, all cancellations should be made in writing to the event organiser dswconference@multicap.org.au. No refunds will be issued after the Tuesday 6 June 2023.
