Vintage 2021 has begun its journey from the vine to winemaker and now rests in the finest French Oak barrels until ready for bottling.
Saint Aidan Wines owners Phil and Mary Smith invite you to share in the journey of their Chardonnay from first planting until now, their 21st vintage.
A carefully selected range of Saint Aidan contemporary and museum Chardonnay's will be matched alongside some of Chef Jake and his team's special creations. Enjoy a long tabled, 5-course degustation dinner with friends, as Phil and Mary guide you through each vintage and explain the journey so far.
Tickets for the event are $150pp or $1100 per table of 8 (plus booking fee) includes 5 petite courses with vertical tastings of two wines per course
