Event Details

Nettyheads SQUAD- Train for Trials – EXTRAS

Designed for dedicated netballers aged 11–14 years, playing any position, who are currently part of Development Squads, Representative Teams or Squads, or are aspiring to reach these levels (competing at A grade club). 

Week to week squad with Nat and qualified coaches. 

Term 3 will focus on strength and conditioning, specialist positional work, and advanced netball skill development, all tailored to help you prepare for upcoming representative and development squad trials. Over  weeks, athletes will build strength, improve fitness, refine key skills, and develop the confidence needed to perform at their best on trial day.
