Cultivating Classrooms - NESA Accredited PD

FREE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR SECONDARY TEACHERS OF AGRICULTURE, SCIENCE AND GEOGRAPHY

THEME: Cropping and Pasture

* NSW Department of Primary Industries will showcase resources for use in Agriculture, Science and Geography.

* The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW will showcase resources for use in Agriculture, Science and Geography.

* PIEFA staff will present exciting new resources developed in conjunction with key industry partners.

Access to free teaching resources and afternoon tea will be provided.

Completing Cultivating Classrooms: Integrating Food and Fibre into the curriculum will contribute 1 hour and 30 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and Assessment of NSW Curriculum/EYLF addressing Standard Descriptor(s) 2.1.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
