Yin Intensive Saturday & Sunday 18th & 19th October

The workshop will run 10.30 to 5pm each day

The intensive will focus on the intentions of yin at a deeper lever. Exploring stimulating energy, prana, chi within the frame of meridian lines, enhanced by mindfulness and insight practices. It is designed to give teachers and curious yogis a deeper appreciation of the potency of yin practice and to inform the decisions they might take in their personal and teaching practice.

This intensive will focus on:

• Meridian Lines and the Energy Body
• Attention & Intention
• Yin as an insight practice

Please note: For participants wishing to receive Teacher Training Certification you must attend all sessions on the Saturday and Sunday. A practical component and short written response will be required.

There will be a 30 minute break each day for lunch.  Please bring your own water & lunch. All yoga equipment will be provided.
