Event Details
Come join the crew from Curious Legends to learn all about Trash, and how to make your very own Recycled Creatures from it! Our unique - and inspired - Curbside Critters will go home with you to be brought to life for further adventures!
Supported by Port of Newcastle, this free workshop is all about Trash, and creative things to make so it doesn't end up in our streams, rivers, and oceans.
All workshop participants are invited to bring their new Trash Friend to Curb, our larger-then-life performance on December 11th, where ENORMOUS pieces of Trash come to life in Gregson Park. For more details, go here: https://www.curiouslegends.com.au/curb/
This workshop is designed for children and their adults to share together (please note, all adults need a responsible child to supervise their creations) - due to Covid and public health orders, restricted numbers mean that everyone needs a ticket to enter our studio, and participants 16 and over need to be fully vaccinated.
This workshop is free, however we gladly accept donations to further our work. See you soon!
