WOODWORK

WOODWORK is  the project of guitarist/ composer WOODY FINLAYSON,  Best known for his work with Rock’nRoll legends, THE DELTONES.  Over the years Woody has been secretly amassing a collection of original instrumental Jazz tunes & is now launching his music with the help of fellow Deltone member MERV DICK on Drums, long time collaborator, MARK ROULSTON on Bass Guitar & Keyboardist COLIN SIMONE . The music is very much in the style of 70s Jazz guitarists Larry Carlton & Lee Ritenour & is both accessible & appreciated by jazz diehards. WOODWORK is just what the Jazz scene has been missing - contemporary, electric guitar-based jazz.
