Give your wardrobe a second life or design something completely new at our Upcycling & Patchwork Workshop.

This relaxed and creative workshop invites you to explore simple patchwork techniques using scrap fabrics and felt pieces to create one-of-a-kind designs. Whether you’re refreshing an old favourite or starting with a blank tote bag, you’ll learn how to customise your pieces using hand-stitching or our beginner-friendly iron-on method - no sewing experience needed.

Bring along a clothing item from home to upcycle, such as a denim jacket, cotton t-shirt, hoodie, cargo pants, or any fabric piece you’d like to personalise. Alternatively, you can choose one of our tote bags provided at the workshop to create your own custom design.

With a range of fabrics, textures, and materials to choose from, you’ll have the freedom to experiment with colour, shapes, and patterns while creating something truly unique.

You’ll also have the option to add on extra creative activities such as crafting a phone or bag charm, or wrapping wired earphones or charger cords using colourful embroidery thread techniques.

This workshop is designed to be a fun, welcoming and beginner-friendly space to slow down, get creative, and enjoy crafting alongside others.
