As it allows for continuous improvement, performance review is the foundation of any company that thrives. Employees can find out how productive they are at work and what areas they should be focusing on in order to achieve their goals. It can be a very difficult part for some employees and, if done poorly, could even lead to lower morale. Businesses that conduct such reviews must make interviewees and employees feel comfortable, so that they can provide constructive criticism. This session focuses solely on the review process and teaches employees how to read body language, and how to deliver criticism more effectively.

Every employee is competent and feels the need to improve their skills for different reasons. No matter what the reason, every company wants to ensure that their employees are at their best. Performance reviews are a great way for companies to reach out and help employees. Management teams are expected to communicate company goals to employees and provide quality feedback. It would actually be twice as beneficial if they could align their company's goals with those of their employees. This would be similar to what Goethe, a famous German poet, stated: "Treat others as if they were the best they can be. You help them become the best they can be." With a loyal group of employees and effective managerst, there is no problem that they cannot overcome.

This course is primarily for employees and managers who conduct performance review. It guarantees the effectiveness of setting standards for your company.
