Spooky Bleach Dye T-Shirts

Taking the kiddos Trick or Treating, but you have nothing to wear?

This one is for the parents and carers as much as its for the younger Halloween lovers.

Head over to AMS Art Studio for a family friendly bleach dye T-shirt workshop. All children must be supervised by an accompanying adult who is also welcome to create their own bleach dye design.

Taking inspiration from Halloween imagery like skeletons, bats, pumpkins and ghouls, you will learn how to safely hand paint with bleach creating your own one of a kind designs.

WHO - Young people 7 years and up, with an accompanying adult. (Parents are required to stay and invited to create their own T-shirt)

WHERE - AMS Art Studio, Studio 1, 12 Council Street Wallsend

WHEN - Saturday the 11^th of October 2025

TIME - 10am - 12noon

COST - $40 (This price covers the cost of one child and one adult) (Up to one extra child's ticket may be purchased with each adult for a special additional price of $20)

BRING - Please bring your own cotton/cotton blend black T-shirt to bleach dye for each child and accompanying adult.

HOT TIP - Wash and dry any new black T-shirts before the workshop for best bleach dye results. Kmart sells basic black T-shirts for between $2.50 and $4.50 each. OR Stay sustainable by shopping for a preloved black T-shirt at any of the second hand stores on the Wallsend Op Shop Trail - the environment will thank you!
