Join us for an episode of On The Couch as we host Stella (she/her) from Abundant Body. Stella is a sexological bodyworker, erotic coach and sex educator who has over thirty-five years' experience in healthcare and community work, with qualifications in nursing, health counselling, health policy and sexual and reproductive health.

Stella is certified in sexological bodywork by the Institute of Somatic Sexology, a facilitator for the Wheel of Consent by the School of Consent, a graduate of the Urban Tantra Professional Training program, and has completed training in working with vaginismus. She is also a certified Scar Tissue Remediation Education and Management (STREAM) practitioner.

Sexological bodywork celebrates and strengthen us in who we uniquely are, beyond restrictive binaries and imposed roles and structures. Stella will bring her own experiences, and gaps of living queer, feminist, white and female in the world, embracing and loving the body she is in and the person she is, taking care to live with compassion,gratitude and presence.
