Charlotte Thurrup

Charlotte Thurrup from The Mindfulness Clinic is one of the pioneers of Mindfulness within Australia, having trained hundreds of psychologists in Mindfulness, many business leaders, as well as individuals from all walks of life. Her 'Mindful Leadership program' is one of the first corporate mindfulness programs in Australia.

For the past ten years Charlotte has been facilitating Mindfulness retreats, workshops and coaching. She is also contributing to Newcatle University's new Executive MBA with Mindful Leadership.

Never before has the world more acutely needed a new recipe for life. Mindful Leadership is one such new model, not based in ideas, but based in careful observation of life, the key principles upon which life unfolds. Mindful Leadership is sustainable leadership, for the leader, the team, the organisation and the globe. In this session Charlotte will cover the key principles of mindfulness and mindful leadership and what the first step looks like.
