Julie Rich

I am a senior leader and executive with three decades experience in property and infrastructure roles. These roles have been in the private and public sectors, including State government, the tertiary education sector and for privately owned companies. I have expertise in strategy development, people and project leadership, stakeholder engagement and relationship building, business case development, governance frameworks, complex property and infrastructure contractual structures, negotiations, project delivery and facilities operations.
I am well versed in working with boards and other governance structures. I am a critical thinker and problem solver. I know how to build and lead high functioning teams and positive work cultures.
