🥂 1st Course — The Ocean’s Gift

Prawns & Oyster Platter

• Freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters on crushed ice
• King prawns with lemon wedges & seafood cocktail sauce
• Mignonette dressing (shallot, red wine vinegar & cracked pepper)
• Dill aioli, harissa mayo & avocado-lime dip
• Garnished with seaweed, edible flowers & micro herbs

Herb-Roasted Turkey with Glazed Vegetables

• Golden roast turkey brushed with garlic butter, rosemary & thyme
• Served with roasted baby carrots, parsnips & Dutch potatoes
• Cranberry-orange relish & classic turkey gravy

Honey-Glazed Christmas Ham

• Double-smoked leg ham baked with honey, brown sugar & orange glaze

Mini Pavlova with Summer Fruits & Passionfruit Cream

Children May Order the Christmas Day Menu however they are also welcome to order the below option also.
