THE DECOMPRESSION SESSION (DUNSBOROUGH)
An event for men to Release - Reconnect - Elevate
“It’s not the load that breaks us down, it’s the way in which we carry it”.
The stress of being a partner, father, provider and leader can really build up and have more of an impact on us than we’d like to admit. It can be a heavy load to carry, especially if we try to do it by ourselves.
The intention of the Decompression Session is to provide the men who attend with a space to temporarily put that load down, to connect with other like-minded men and to expand their capacity to navigate life with more clarity, confidence and vitality.
As men we can have a lot of “balls in the air” and be wearing “a lot of different hats” and the pressure that comes with that builds up and starts to take its toll.
It takes a toll on us physically and mentally.
It takes a toll on our capacity to show up with the presence and compassion we’d like to in our relationships.
We can start to shut down, withdraw, get a “short fuse”, get defensive etc etc.
It takes a toll on our focus and performance at work.
It takes a toll on our ability to handle the practical and emotional workload of fatherhood.
The Decompression Session is an experience that will give you the opportunity to do exactly that - decompress. And by doing so expand your capacity to show up as the leader you know you’re capable of being, and, enjoy the process of doing so.

*BONUS* Every man that attends will be send a pre-recorded 20 minute breathwork practice they can use daily to reduce stress, improve mental clarity and expand their capacity to meet the demands of the day.

Tully O’Connor is a committed father and husband who has a deep passion for supporting people to access their full potential in life, love and leadership.

A primary focus of his work with men is on developing the four pillars of vitality, relationships, fatherhood, and service-driven leadership.

He has a gift for helping people drop out of their busy overwhelmed heads and reconnect with the intuition of their gut and their heart.
