Step inside the historic Old Beechworth Gaol after dark and experience 3 hours of paranormal investigation.

The atmosphere inside the old gaol at night is completely different. Once the doors close and the building falls silent, the space takes on a heavy stillness that many people find difficult to explain.

This investigation takes you through sections of the Gaol where unexplained sounds, movement, and unusual experiences are regularly reported over the years.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to do some of their own exploring throughout designated areas of the gaol, so bringing your own paranormal investigation equipment is encouraged if you wish to use it.

During our paranormal investigations, we use a selection of equipment throughout the night. We have always explained to our guests that the most important tools are often our own senses — what we personally see, hear, feel, and experience within the atmosphere of the old Gaol itself.

While equipment can be interesting to use, we encourage guests to focus on the environment around them, trust their instincts, and pay attention to the sounds, energy and unexplained moments that can occur naturally during the investigation.
