As Mum's we are not allowed to express the whole spectrum of emotions when we would like to as society is not as accepting of a woman 'letting off steam'. So, join us at Breakr room where you will be able to scream as you are smashing glasses, plates, vases etc with a baseball bat, crowbar or hammer!!! 

If you arrive at 10.15am so we can sign the disclaimers and then let's support each other as we smash and scream together. There are 2 rooms and you can go in 2's or solo, we can sit and talk while others are in the room releasing some frustrations.
