This Songwriters Showcase is an event not to be missed, with an emphasis on lifting up local female songwriters with important messages ingrained in their music. Each artist performing has their own flavour so there’s something for everybody.

The best part is that 50% of the ticketing from this event will be donated to FULL STOP AUSTRALIA, a charity dedicated to providing support for victims of Domestic & Family Violence.  Support local artists while also supporting a fantastic cause.

⭐️  LEILA is a songwriter, composer, musician & producer who combines her eclectic training & influences across classical & contemporary music to blur genre constraints. Leila is interested in music’s ability to move, uplift, challenge & empower, & seeks to create music & performance spaces that speak to diverse voices & experiences.

⭐️ TALI: is an independent songwriter writing music to navigate & dissect a range of social & emotional issues. Tali started with an alt.punk sound & has moved into more of an alt pop style with her new EP 'Witches'.

⭐️  cate guirguis is an indie pop singer/ songwriter whose live looping adds luscious textures to her music, conveying her obsession with vocal harmonies.

⭐️  MARTHA CHESS-PHELPS is an indie folk/rock singer songwriter & multi-instrumentalist from inner Sydney. Honest lyrics & folk-influenced vocals intertwine with a distinct rock flair.
