This course is designed for bike beginners who know how to ride and want to learn how to ride safely and confidently along a shared path and on the road.

Our cycling coach will teach you practical tips to improve your control and how to 'communicate' with other road users. 

Basic bike maintenance and cycling related traffic rules will also be reviewed.

Please bring your bike, helmet and water bottle along with you. We will take a ride as a group along Blind Creek Trail.

Please note: Children will require active supervision.
