Overwhelm, anxiety, doubt, fear.....
We have all felt these things at one point in our life, and they are like predators that come at you in the dark,
they hit,
you go down,
and then in the dark, you pull yourself together and try to find your way back to your feet and take some deep breaths waiting for the light to turn on, only then can we see the damage.

I know this feeling well, this was me! Every day, pretending to have all my shit together, until hiding in the dark became more exhausting and soul crushing than turning the light on and dealing with the mess that was stuck inside of me.
