Come and be immersed in the sublime sounds of light filled mirror gongs, chimes and quartz crystal singing bowls to experience deeply restorative relaxation.

Being immersed in an ocean of sound allows healing to occur at a deep level.
The sonic vibrations of these ancient instruments of sound work on a physical and energetic level, helping to clear negativity, outgrown habits and unsupportive beliefs, and allowing for new ideas to emerge with the pure tones of quartz crystal, bringing balance and bliss to your whole being.

Breath and gentle movement help you open to the healing effects of the sound, supporting you in your journey through specific therapeutic sequences delivered by a duo of highly experienced gongmasters and sound specialists.

This is a chance to give your body, mind and emotions a deeply restorative experience in a safe environment with a deep relaxation sound immersion and meditation to re-calibrate your nervous system and bring balance to your inner world.

There is PLENTY OF SPACE at Yoga To Go but participant numbers are still limited for comfort and ease so PLEASE  book early if you would like one of those places.

REMEMBER TO BRING whatever you need to be really comfortable : mat, blankets, cushions, shawl, sleeping bag, quilt, an eye pillow or light scarf to cover your eyes and water to drink. Plenty of padding underneath, plenty of warm coverings on top, for the most supremely cosy experience.
