And so the Christmas season is already upon us, just like that.

This is my invitation to you to ‘Resist the Rush’, even though the messaging, the algorithms, the family demands, work schedules, etc etc will be encouraging us otherwise.

This is an invitation to gift yourself 1.5hrs a week to opt out of the pressure to do more, buy more, be more.

Instead, we’ll spend December tending to the body, regulating the breath, and remembering that less noise, less pushing, and less rushing often leads to more presence, more joy, and more grounded decisions.

In each class there is a different focus point for our attention, with practices that will help you feel more centred and grounded, bringing your energy down from your head and back home to your body.

This course will be offered both in person and online, Wednesday nights, 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Cost $111 for the full 4 weeks

I really wanted to call this series ‘Rage Against the Capitalist Machine’, because let’s face it, rest is the best form of rebellion in times like these. But I went for the softer option.

This program is offered in a hybrid format: you can join us in person within our warm community space, or participate online from the comfort of your own home. Both pathways offer weekly guidance, practices, and creative invitations to support you wherever you are. Whether gathered in circle or tuning in virtually, you’ll be part of the same shared journey.
