Event Details

Chocolate Education, Tasting & Tempering Class (hands-on - suitable for adults)

Held in store from 6pm, $120 per person with a maximum of 8 people per class (approx. 2 hours)

Sue will take you through the chocolate making process from bean to bar, taste different types of chocolate from around the world, learn how to temper chocolate by hand & take home some of your very own moulded chocolates.

You will be provided with aprons on the night and we recommend that you do not where white or fancy shoes (chocolate has a tendency to be quite messy)
