The sonic vibrations of these ancient instruments of sound work on a physical and energetic level, helping to clear negativity about past present future, balancing your emotions, calming your mind, leaving you open for new ideas to emerge with the pure tones of quartz crystal.
Exactly what is needed as we befriend our new way of being in the world, guided by our inspiration, grounded in our heart, connected to the Earth.

Breath and gentle movement help you open to the healing effects of the sound, supporting you in your journey through specific therapeutic sequences delivered by your very own highly experienced local gongmasters and sound specialists.

We will have some very special hand crafted instruments of sonic resonance to support your journey in sound plus a beautiful balancing mantra meditation to support the cycles of change.

You need to bring everything to keep you completely cosy and comfortable - a mat, blanket or sleeping bag to lay on, a shawl or blanket to cover yourself during deep relaxation, cushions to support you, eye pillow to cover your eyes and water to drink ~ absolutely everything you need to be completely comfortable.
Nothing will be provided under current COVID management regulations.
