Come along for a one day parenting conference designed to refresh and encourage you on your parenting journey.

Hear from several guest speakers on topics such as Managing Anxiety (Larissa DeMichiel-Author of 'Deactivate Anxiety' and Accredited Facilitator in 'Tuning into Teens'), Maintaining Connection (Emily Townsend-Accredited Facilitator of 'Tuning into Kids'), Safe Tech Spaces (Bryant Reid-Bachelor Psych Science & Masters Secondary Teaching), Successful Budgeting (Elaine Clinton-24yrs Finance Industry experience), Neurodivergence & Effective Boundaries (Liz Giovas-Author of 'Socially Starting Out') and the Importance of Self-Care.

Morning and Afternoon Tea will be provided (BYO Lunch and connect with other parents or chose from many local cafes & restaurants #10%discount at supporting Varsity Lakes businesses: Blackboard Varsity, Old Paris Cafe, Dear Deer, Subway VL upon presentation of your registration ticket).
