February 2026 - Highland Whisky Tasting

For our February tasting, we’ll be revisiting the breadth of Highland whisky, exploring expressions from across the region’s key sub-regions.

While Speyside is often spoken about as its own region, it is technically a sub-region of the Highlands — so this tasting will include a classic Speyside dram alongside whiskies from the Central, West, East and Northern Highlands, highlighting just how diverse Highland whisky can be.

• Oban 14 Year Old – West Highlands
• 2016 Adelphi Ardmore Cask Strength – Eastern Highlands
