💚 LIQUID THERAPY: YOU’RE A MEAN ONE 🎄

Paint. Laugh. Create. Get your Grinch on. 💚🎄

All ages painting fun!

Feeling festive… but with just a tiny bit of bah humbug thrown in?

Then this Christmas edition of Liquid Therapy has your name written all over it.

Forget perfectly behaved elves and sweet little Christmas scenes. This time, we’re embracing our mischievous side as those unmistakably furry green hands sneak onto the canvas and cause a little festive chaos.

You’ll paint this fun, bold Christmas design featuring a certain green Christmas troublemaker reaching in to pinch a shiny red bauble — while Santa appears to be getting caught up in the action too!

With its striking black background, vibrant Grinchy greens, Santa-reds, fluffy white details and pops of gold, this painting is packed with personality without taking itself too seriously.

A little naughty. A little nice. And a whole lot of Christmas fun.

No tiny heart required. 💚

🎨 What’s included:

• All painting supplies — canvas, brushes, paints and everything you need
• Step-by-step guidance, so even the grinchiest beginner can join in
• BYO drinks & nibbles — bring the bubbles, wine, cocktails or your favourite festive tipple if you want to get into the festive spirit 😂
• Plenty of laughs, Christmas cheer and creative mischief
• Your very own Grinch-inspired masterpiece to take home

Whether you’re coming with your besties, dragging along the office Grinch, or simply looking for an excuse to escape the Christmas madness for a few hours, this is your chance to steal a little time for yourself.

Because maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store…

Maybe Christmas comes with a canvas, a paintbrush and a glass of bubbles. 🥂🎨💚

Welcome to Liquid Therapy

Your monthly ritual of creativity, connection, laughter and just the right amount of mischief.

As a qualified art therapist, I’ve seen first-hand what can happen when we give ourselves permission to switch off, get creative and simply enjoy the moment — and that’s exactly what Liquid Therapy is all about.

This isn’t your traditional art class.

Think less “I need to know how to paint” and more “I need a fun night out!”

Grab a glass in one hand, a paintbrush in the other and settle in for a couple of hours where perfection is absolutely not invited.

Yes, it’s BYO alcohol, so bring whatever you love to sip, plus some nibbles if you fancy. After all, festive creativity is thirsty work.

😉 Never painted before? Even better.

No pressure. No perfection. No judgement.

I’ll guide you through the painting step by step, but your canvas doesn’t have to look exactly like mine. Add your own colours, personality, questionable artistic decisions and creative twists — that’s half the fun.

Each Liquid Therapy brings a different painting and a completely new creative adventure, so gather your favourite people, choose the sessions that speak to you and come see why a little Liquid Therapy might be exactly what you need.

✨ Perfect for:

Christmas catch-ups, workmates escaping the office, besties, birthdays, date nights, solo creative adventurers and anyone whose heart could use growing three sizes this Christmas. 💚

🎉 Want your own private Liquid Therapy session?

Bring your crew and I’ll help you create a private event filled with paint, laughs, connection and plenty of personality — at the studio or, depending on the experience, at your preferred location.

Come for the painting. Stay for the laughs. Leave feeling a little less Grinchy. 💚🎄🥂
