Featuring Keynote Speaker Ian Rowan
Former CEO of RACQ CQ Rescue | Royal Air Force Veteran | Community Leader
Ian Rowan is no stranger to high-stakes leadership. A former Royal Air Force pilot and recently retired CEO of RACQ CQ Rescue, Ian spent five years steering one of Central Queensland’s most vital aeromedical services through growth, innovation, and life-saving missions. Under his leadership, the service completed thousands of emergency flights and expanded its reach across rural and remote communities.
Ian’s keynote will reflect on his journey from the cockpit to the boardroom, sharing insights on leadership under pressure, community resilience, and the importance of clear, compassionate communication. His story is one of service, strategy, and staying grounded while aiming high.
