Knox City Council is inviting Carers of Knox to a morning tea and tour at Knox Community Gardens

This event held in National Carers Week provides the opportunity to celebrate carers, foster connection and promote self-care. 

The event will begin with a guided tour of the gardens, including a visit to the sensory plots. This will be followed by a self-care workshop led by an allied health professional and will conclude with a relaxing morning tea.
