TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tickets & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.
2. Cancellations & Refunds: No refunds for change-of-mind cancellations made on or after 28 December 2026. Refunds remain subject to Australian Consumer Law.
3. Event Format: This is a predominantly standing, cocktail-style event with limited unallocated seating. Reserved tables and guaranteed seating are not available.
4. Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to wear their favourite shade of pink, but pink attire is not compulsory.
5. Food & Dietary Requirements: The grazing table is available from 8pm–10pm. Dietary requirements must be emailed to functions@wharfone.com.au by 28 December 2026. We will endeavour to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them. No BYO food or beverages.
6. Beverage Package: Tickets include a 4.5-hour selected beverage package. Additional beverages are available for purchase. Responsible Service of Alcohol applies.
7. Age Restriction: Strictly 18+. Valid photographic identification may be required.
8. Fireworks: Darwin Waterfront fireworks are independently organised and subject to change or cancellation. Fireworks viewing is not guaranteed from inside the venue.
9. Public Holiday Surcharge: The $145 ticket price is exempt from Wharf One's 15% surcharge. A 15% surcharge applies to additional food and beverage purchases during the event.
10. Venue Conditions: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service in accordance with licensing laws. Guests are responsible for damage they cause to venue property. Wharf One is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings except where required by law.

By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, subject to their rights under Australian Consumer Law
