Run for your wife is a farce about London taxi driver John Smith, a bigamist who maintains two separate lives with two different wives in different London neighborhoods, Wimbledon and Streatham. His carefully crafted schedule to keep his lives separate goes awry after he is mugged and brought to the wrong home by police, leading to tangled lies, suspicious officers, and the involvement of his neighbor as he attempts to manage the unfolding chaos.
