Join us for a unique full-day Melbourne Cup celebration combining golf, games, fashion, great food, prizes and racing — all in one of Broome’s most spectacular settings.

Start the morning on the course with a fun team golf competition featuring 9 holes, novelty challenges throughout the round and special activations from local businesses on selected tee boxes. Expect plenty of opportunities to win prizes along the way, with challenges designed to make the morning social, entertaining and a little different from your usual round of golf.

After golf, the celebrations continue at the clubhouse with our Melbourne Cup Fashion Competition, so make sure you dress to impress — with more prizes up for grabs for the best dressed on the day.

Then take your seat at our Long Table Melbourne Cup Lunch, overlooking one of the best views in Broome. Enjoy a specially prepared three-course menu, with unlimited champagne flowing throughout lunch while the Melbourne Cup action plays live on the big screens.

MELBOURNE CUP LONG TABLE MENU

STARTER — 

Guests will be served one of the following dishes alternately around the table:

Smoked Prawn & Mango Salad
Charred prawns, fresh mango, avocado, cucumber and mixed leaves, finished with a zesty lime dressing and fresh herbs.

Roasted Pumpkin & Goat’s Cheese Salad
Roasted pumpkin, whipped goat’s cheese, rocket, toasted pepitas and fresh herbs with a balsamic glaze.

MAIN COURSE — 

Guests will be served one of the following main courses alternately around the table:

Low & Slow Beef Brisket
12-hour smoked beef brisket, creamy roasted garlic and celeriac mash, seasonal vegetables and smoked beef jus.

Smoked Chicken
Smoked chicken with creamy caramelised onion and aged cheddar mash, seasonal vegetables and house peppercorn jus.

VEGETARIAN OPTION

Charred Vegetable & Halloumi Stack
Charred seasonal vegetables, grilled halloumi, creamy garlic mash, rocket and herb dressing.

Vegetarian meals are available by request.

DESSERT

Coconut Panna Cotta
Silky coconut panna cotta with mango, mango coulis, ginger and coconut crumble.
