The Matrix biology Society of Australia and New Zealand (MBSANZ) Annual meeting is a 2 day event held on November 6th and 7th at the QUT Gardens Point campus in Brisbane.

The purpose of this meeting is to allow Australasian researchers across multiple disciplines with a shared interest in Matrix Biology to reconnect and share ideas, foster new collaborations, and showcase upcoming ECRs.

The in-person meeting program will consist of select invited speakers, the MBSANZ Barry Preston Award Keynote, a series of short talks selected from abstracts, a flash talk session, and awarding of the 2023 MBSANZ Bob Fraser and Dennis Lowther Awards.

Our students and early career researchers will be prominently featured with talks selected from abstracts, however speaking slots are available for all career stages and research areas.

The meeting will include ample opportunities for networking and discussion.

Lunch and morning tea/coffee will be provided.

Dinner on the Monday night is NOT included in the registration cost.

A networking event with drinks and nibbles will take place on the Monday evening. More details have been sent to delegates.

The MBSANZ AGM will be held during this meeting.
