How It Started...

• Organised trail ride in 2014 - 22 local riders.

• Turned semi hard enduro 2015 - 28 riders.

• 2016 saw some of Tasmania’s best riders tackle the event. All lead/sweep events. It had dominated and grew outstandingly. This is when we realised we had a first class event. - 38 Riders.

• 2017 we dubbed the event the InsaneRide. 12 riders from Victoria came to battle it out also. These hard enduro nutters along with our own talent made up over 50 riders. The feedback from this event was second to none.

• 2018 We went looking for more private land where we could host people and hold an even better event.
  
• We approached the land owners in Poatina, and neighbouring properties. We have access to 20,000 acres on the side of the Great Western Tiers.

• The event is held over two days. Saturday is a natural terrain prologue and Sunday is a gps lead event.
