Join us for a masterclass with the incredible Mollydooker Wines. Arrive at 6pm and enjoy delicious canapés with a glass of Verdelho on arrival before undertaking a premium blending experience where you'll have the chance to create your own red wine blend and compete for the evening's best. Try many different wines and learn how to do the Mollydooker Shake, in addition to a delicious steak dinner curated by our Head Chef.

Blending experience will begin at approx. 6:30pm. Try a range of Mollydooker wines, create your own red wine blend and enjoy a hearty steak dinner prepared by the Pretoria Hotel's Head Chef.

– About Mollydooker Wines –

Within the beautiful landscape of McLaren Vale nearby Adelaide in Southern Australia, lies the fun and welcoming winery Mollydooker Wines. The estate as well as its wines are truly unique and innovative in many ways.

The story of Mollydooker Wines started in 2006, although there is a passionate foundation of its birth that started already in 1991 with the founders Sarah and Sparky. From being newly graduated and newlyweds, they worked at Sarah’s parents to, later on, invent and install Marquis Vineyard Watering Programme. When they decided to create their own winery business, they figured that Mollydooker would be a fitting notion since “mollydooker” means left-hander in Australia, and both Sarah and Sparky were mollydookers.

Their drive announced them as Australia’s winemakers of the year in 1999, and after that, the Mollydooker wines won many prestigious prizes and nominations during the years to come.
