Hope Horizons is a Cancer Wellness Centre that aims to enhance the quality of life of people in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs throughout and after their cancer diagnosis. The Wellness Centre acknowledges the importance of integrated cancer care, and seeks to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of those affected by cancer through the provision of physical, emotional and mental support and empowerment. The Centre will comprise of an outstanding allied health team offering an array of services such as physiotherapy, counselling, exercise physiology, nutrition, psychology and occupational therapy, financial assistance advice, art and music therapy, and many other services. What is unique about Hope Horizons is that these complimentary services are available for both those with a cancer diagnosis, as well as their carers.
