Hot Sauce Burlesque school was started in July 2017 by Lyra la Belle, internationally renowned burlesque performer and Adelaide local. Lyra, also known as The Bombshell Blonde Who Puts the Thunder in Downunder, returned to Adelaide after over a decade away to have her mini La Belle and saw a gap in the market for the 'Hollywood-style' burlesque she is known for.

Lyra believes burlesque is an inclusive artform, that doesn't take into consideration age, size or gender. Hot Sauce Burlesque school is more than just somewhere to learn burlesque styles, but also a community.

Classes run in eight-week terms and end in a professionally run showcase at a top theatre/venue in Adelaide.

Classes include: Beginners Bump & Grind, Chair Burlesque, Neo Burlesque, LA Grind, Solo Development, 60s GoGo and more. 

Hot Sauce Burlesque is also available for corporate gigs and hen's parties.
