INCLUSIONS

• A full programme of singing led by Tony Backhouse & Annemarie Sharry. We will enjoy a rich variety of songs during the week including gospel, South African and original songs by the leaders.
• All songs will be taught by ear, but scores will also be made available.
• Typically we will sing in the mornings and afternoons, with evenings free for informal music making and socialising. 
• Evening sessions optional, for example: an open mic night - please bring an instrument if you play.
• There will be free time between the morning and afternoon session during the week to visit local sites
• A spacious singing space (across the road from Seaview House!)
• A comprehensive itinerary will be confirmed closer to the date

• The Welcome dinner will be held at an iconic dining venue situated on the waterfront at Queenscliff Harbour
• Light refreshment at morning tea break offered every day
• Friday night we will have a celebratory evening group meal together
• Mid week day excursion (includes 2 course lunch) TBA

Arriving: You may like to arrive a day or so early to explore the area. 
Departing: We will finish at 12pm, Saturday 16 November 2024.  

RE COVID
*Please consider your responsibility to other people. If you feel slightly unwell please err on the side of caution, inform us that you won't be attending and stay at home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by you must 
A refund will be offered with reasonable cause in writing (please include supporting documentation to support your claim for a refund) A cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

Cancelling before the 12 Oct will incur a cancellation fee of 5%.
Cancelling after COB 12 Oct and before COB 26 Oct  will incur a cancellation fee of 30%*
Cancelling after COB 26 Oct  and before  COB 10 Nov will incur a cancellation fee of 50% *
Cancelling after COB 10 Nov your payment (minus an admin fee) will not be refunded 

Please note: *there will be a waiting list and if your place can be transferred to a replacement booking, any payment will be returned less 15% cancellation fee.

Cancellation by us
This retreat requires minimum attendance numbers to proceed and will be advised no later than 2 months prior to the retreat or earlier if possible. In the event that minimum numbers are not reached your deposit will be returned in full.

In the event that the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances any payments will be returned less 5% administration fee.
