Member consultation- Pre-Election Policy Advocacy Campaign

The NSW state election will be held Saturday 25 March 2023, and as such, we are preparing a campaign to advocate for policy and social settings that benefit dance in the state, now and in the future.

Ausdance NSW is preparing a formal submission of dance policy recommendations which will be presented to the parties running in the 2023 NSW state election.

In order to generate a broader impact the voice of our members and our community is essential as we develop this submission.

We invite you to participate in the process by attending a focus group or submitting written responses.

The outcome of these consultations will guide our initial discussions with the elected political party and their Ministers. As the recognised Peak Body for dance in NSW, supported as the sector’s service body through Create NSW, Ausdance NSW will proudly be at the forefront of these early discussions.
