October tasting - Have you met Peat?

This month, we’re turning up the smoke with a night dedicated entirely to peated whisky.

We’ll be travelling across Scotland with five smoky drams from five different whisky regions — exploring how peat can take on very different characters depending on where the whisky comes from, how it’s made and the casks used along the way.

From coastal smoke and classic Islay peat to some less expected smoky expressions, this is one for the peat lovers — and a great chance to discover just how varied a peated whisky can be.
